The MD is a teacher and counselor, but should never be thought of as master. Keep your own counsel - and take reasonable risks to further your own development. It's not your business to save the world, unless it asks you to. |

If someone is issued a patent but then doesn't use the patent for anything, you can go to court and have the patent taken away from the patent holder. It then becomes free for anyone to use. Also, patents expire. After they expire, anyone is free to use them. True, but patent disclosures are often incomplete - and intentionally so. It's generally OK to use ANY patent for your own personal use. No reason not to make a 99mpg car other than state and national rules to prevent it. |
