Craving chocolate more than usual...and brown sugar is not safe around me, and vice versa. About an hour ago I was thinking about making a brown sugar and butter sandwich. I resisted. It's been so bad that I've actually thought about how I'm going to have to have a game plan change, and start baking with coconut sugar and oil. At least that way I won't be killing myself with the likes of the Lethal Chocolate Brownies I made earlier this week. Oh boy, but they were good. It's not just the sweets, though. I'm just hungrier than usual. I think our bodies are going through changes - as is our natural environment - and we are needing more fuel to manage.
