Sorry, but which bit of equality is now a possibilty do you not get. Civil partnerships between same sex couples do not have the same equality in law as marriage, unless it is between a man and woman. Why shouldn't we all be equal under law, i thought law was reason without emotion (Aristotle)

If your married and your partner dies without a will you get everything, if a same sex couple partner dies without a will, they do not get everything automatically.
