This is very interesting. I'm not a science type person, but have read a lot about mind control victims and assumed the gov't/military would always hold the answers to how this was done to people. It's very good that conventional science is starting to address it. If you are bored and feel like providing some layterm type language to explain how your article helps understand how mind control type activity can be prevented (if this provides that answer), that would be great!

In this article, there's a picture of Johnny Gosch (a 10 yr old Iowa boy that disappeared while doing his paper route. Shows the boy hog tied and stamped with an ownership tattoo. Not sure if his final destination was mind control testing or plaything at Bohemian Grove, but it is really heartbreaking the evil that is being perpetrated by our gov't against the children of this nation. The reason your post caught my attention is that Cathy O'Brien, a well known mind control victim, described in her book many details of what they did to her and the eletro-shock stuff was big throughout her entire decades-long ordeal.
