The LARGEST EARTHQUAKE in the history of the modern world is about to strike!

It's going to be a big subduction earthquake. Maybe a new deep sea trench will be formed. Can you imagine?

I recall the earthquake swarms prior to Fukishima.

Are you saying that the current earthquake swarm in Soloman Islands has had earthquakes stronger in magnitude or are these earthquakes happening more frequently than Fukishima?

Which is it? Or is it both?

I also recall that Fukishima had many earthquake at 10 KM deep and some people said that this was the depth of HAARP-like activity.

What is the depth of most of these earthquakes? Why is this particualr area getting this much activity?

"In my vision, when he broke the sixth seal, there was a violent earthquake and the sun went as black as coarse sackcloth; the moon turned red as blood all over, and the stars of the sky fell on to the earth like figs dropping from a fig tree when a high wind shakes it; the sky disappeared like a scroll rolling up and all the mountains and islands were shaken from their places. Then all the earthly rulers, the governors and the commanders, the rich people and the men of influence, the whole population, slaves and citizens, took to the mountains to hide in caves and among the rocks. They said to the mountains and the rocks, 'Fall on us and hide us away from the One who sits on the throne and from the anger of the Lamb. For the Great day of his anger has come, and who can survive it? (Revelation 6:12-17)"

It is clear that this event described in Revelation is some sort of supernatural event PRIOR to the Second Coming. It is NOT the Last Judgement.

In his book The Wrath of the Lamb, Chris Lanzi explains this event:

"The text of the sixth seal consists of three elements: a great earthquake; darkness; and the manifestation of the presence of God to everyone and the resultant terror. The first two elements are physical. The third element is spiritual...When some object (say a rock or tree) is split apart, air fills the gap. And the sky is composed of air. What, then, does it mean when the sky itself is split apart? The most logical explanation is that the text is indicating that heaven, which is normally off limits to our material senses, is miraculously manifested in some way...The text indicates that the reaction of everyone is one of terror. This is evident from what everyone covets. They say to the mountains and to the rocks, "Fall on us..." Therefore, they seem to covet death. If someone covets death, then it is because death seems much less frightening than what someone is currently experiencing. For example, a tortured prisoner might covet death because death would put and end to his or her misery. Therefore, if everyone covets death, then everyone must be simultaneously experiencing something very miserable.

What might this be?

It cannot be the earthquake or the darkness in the sky. After all, when the earth quakes, people spontaneously seek safety. Fear of death does not cause people to covet death. Rather, something far worse than the fear of death causes people to covet death.

What about the "splitting apart" of the sky? Earlier I suggested that this somehow represents a miraculous manifestation of heaven. Might not this manifestation cause people to be terrified? After all, God is in heaven and the presence of a holy God is terrifying to sinful humans.

This hypothesis explains two things about the text.

First, it explains what everyone does: they hide. The first example of this hiding occurs in the Garden of Eden in Genesis 3:8.

Since the fall of man, this is how man reacts to the presence of God. This desire to hide from God whenever God manifests His presence to man is a consequence of man's sinfulness.

Second, it explains what everyone says. "Hide us," they say, "from the presence of Him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb." This confirms that it is the presence of God that is the cause of everyone's desire to hide.

Thus, the splitting apart of the sky and the terrified reaction of everyone are related to one another casually. The splitting apart of the sky represents the manifestation of God's presence to everyone. And because of this manifestation, everyone becomes so terrified that they desire to hide from God. But because it is impossible to hide, everyone desires to cease to exist."

Chris Lanzi goes on to write about how this breaking of the Sixth Seal contains the same elements as the "Day of the Lord" prophetic texts in the Old Testament.

Lanzi goes on to make the case that this breaking of the Sixth Seal is synonymous with the Illumination of Conscience described by Catholic Saints and Mystics down through the centuries, perhaps best described at the alleged (and as yet unapproved) Marian apparition at Garabandal, Spain in the 1960's.
