do you have a tip for increasing self confidence? to remove all constraints and mind mood parasites?

As much as i am able to help guiding others with my wisdom and knowledge, i however SEEMS to be somwhat unable to apply that to myself!

i know that back in my childhood there is something that is locked down there and screwing up my root and throat chakra!

No matter the amount of meditation, i get disconected like instantly the minute i get ready to project... Like if a program was screwing up my thoughts and enforcing a no confidence policy.

how is your breathing?
how much sun do you get?
how what is your diet?
Do you tell the truth to yourself when nobody is there?
have you forgiven yourself and stopped blaming?

Our biggest hold up in development is thinking that you have faults. You are born as part of a solution.

Alkaline just lets your system do it's own breathing so you can think for once...

i have been thinking of taking bach flowers extracts. the White chest nut.

breathing could be better i guess. my body tend to panic sometimes during medition. When i am aware of the situation i just push a Boo noise to wake me up from the paralysed feeling.

last experiance was this morning in fact! i was in my room, but the painting was full White! i felt someone i could no see becasue of the eye sight angle, that person was taking replacing the cover of my bed over my body, Slowly and gently. when i felt the presence, my body started going in panic mode...

Also about 1 month ago a i had similar experiance, but in a 100% dark room with no way of seeing anything and hearing a really nasty laughing in my left ear!

I dont consider myself affraid of anything, but my body seems to be extremly fragile and unsecure! (ego wise)

i heard that the dots like acne but different appearing on the shoulders tells a lot!

my left shoulder used to be a war zone!

right shoulder is practicly intact.

Does that mean i am being to severe with myself? Like taking too much for granted? or something else?

a few months ago I had a dream about these spheres falling to the planet and causing the seismic stuff that is happening now. I also saw military running around trying to keep people in order. I wonder how many of us are trying to save people from themselves, and how many just want to get this over with

Years I had a dream that I was working in a hi rise on the ocean and I looked out and saw a tidal wave that was as big as the building I was in. I later worked at that place it was the Hotel Setai on South Beach. I was working there the Christmas 2004. They lost a couple of sister properties that day

The only astral projection i had that i remember off happened so fast my body could not even try to resist!

i heard a lot of cries, didnt see anything, just orange/ yellowish light! then the cries faded and i was in space outside of Terra being pulled directly to the sun.

i Rammed the sun and stayed inside the sun for around 5 minutes. with a bright purple light in the middle.

that bright purple light is where i exist right now,even though my body is here. the orange and such that you went through was a feeling that was a sexual/sensual activation. That is why it went so fast

The issue that keeps men from getting to this level we need is that we have sex for no reason, and ejaculate our life fluids too frequently

for women it is thinking that the beast is comforting- that is the myth behind bigger is better

both genders need to learn how to have mind sex. we simply don't have an even exchange because of labels roles and not telling the truth about our androgynous natures

you just want to be comforted as you have put out. you will be tonight. just breathe tell the truth and let the flesh come to the realization that it holds no sway

Just keep projecting those thought forms & emotions that you want to identify with. Even in the act of extending them outwardly to others, you are causing your consciousness to resonate with those frequencies. Over time it will become easier for you to direct that energy inwardly.



To find the 'source' of the 'problem', place your focus on the 'symptoms' that are present and work your way backwards through your memories of past experiences. Even an experience you may believe on the surface level that you have put behind you, it may be lingering in your subconscious. So don't overlook something seemingly 'minor' or 'insignificant' that might not otherwise draw your immediate attention.

For example: There was a thread on GLP last year about scary movies that frightened you as a kid. I mentioned Steven King's 'The Cat's Eye' and specifically that scene where the little troll would crawl out of the wall and then suck your breath away as you were sleeping. There was another GLP user who replied to my comment almost surprised and he indicated that he had completely forgotten about how much that little troll had scared him as a kid and that as an adult he has suffered from sleep apnea and breathing problems (shortness of breath) while sleeping. For some reason his reading my comment seemed to spark a memory in him and I had a strong suspicion that his childhood fear was subconsciously manifesting his physical symptoms that he experienced at night. I wasn't able to follow up with the user but I was very curious to find out if his physical symptoms cleared up upon him making the conscious acknowledgement of an unresolved fear that he yet to confront and release.



I have to use audio stimulation + headphones to meditate because I find myself getting distracted otherwise. The audio helps to keep me focused and the headphones help to drown out any outside noise. The only downside is that I sometimes fall asleep doing this. Something to consider if you have not already explored this option.

pyrmid= levels of thought- actualized is top, extreme top is go back out into the universe

cube= cell, cellular organism, easily transferred (chemicals are all spirits were all possessed)

sphere- this is energy. The smallest point contains the essence of the rivers of life. It goes out exponentially in all directions- the problem is body is essentially dead matter but it still is attracted to light, so it is literally trying to consume the enrergy

x= your dna-your cross/debt to bear. once you go all for corners and back to the middle then you finally are actualized

That is when the fun begins.

x then lets all of the other shapes operate from the center of x, which is all of your beings.

center of x goes out and holds the cell to a level of ionoized charge that is very volatile but is so stable that it no longer consumes itself

The sphere radiates exponentially but now it is allowed to not be bound to the cell, but is still there- imagine astral projection with full awareness without breaking the constructs or having to go anywhere- being 2 places at once but operating in full awareness

pyramid- mind is speaking to all that is in range and interpreting what the frequency is emitting

you get instant resonance if you can operate in an honest state of actualization. The issue lies when the dark does what it is programmed to do, eat the light. Issue is it either has to conform or agree to share the same space.
