Well I had them show up at my house strapped.

I have personally witnessed agents at strip clubs looking for tax dodging strippers. I know one, they took her house and cleaned out her out.

Know a guy that lost probably a million + because he was running a business with outside contractors when he should have had them set up as employees. After the state and the IRS got through with him he was broke at 65 and starting over again.

Wesley Snipes is no more corporate than anybody else. He just went up against the wrong people. You cant Fk with the IRS and win.

If you owe and you cant pay they will take your shit and take and take with penalties and interest. If tax fraud you will most likely go to jail individual or corporate.

Laws were changed during the Bush admin to make a lot of the corporate world exempt from certain types of indictments. You notice really nobody went to jail for the mortgage crisis, maybe 10 or so, but thousands were indicted for the savings and loan scandal int eh late 80's.

Look around on the internet and you will find plenty of pertinent IRS info and hundreds of horror stories.
