strange ability - tingle at will and effect things

Yeah... well I can make my elbow do that at will too... just smack it hard enough against something and it is useless to me for several minutes.

I just experienced this on Friday night for the first time while meditating (concentrating on my pineal gland while meditating) it felt spiritual...

Let me explain...

As I was mediating and focusing on my pineal gland a image appeared in my eyes (eyes closed) I know the shape but forget the name right now but it was the 2 pyramids with one being inverted but it was spinning so fast (in silvery, bright white) it almost looked like a torus!

Once had that image in my head I decided to "move" & "lock" that image on my pineal gland....well once I got it "there" WOW! My back of my neck (where your spinal cord meets the base of your neck) started sending "chills" "shivers" I prefer to call it energy, down my spinal cord....I decided to keep doing it, it took me a little while to "focus" on NOT focusing...lol...but once I did that I was able to do it like 5 more times very quickly but after the last time I did "IT" my whole body convulsed up out of my bed! Like I was laying down on my bed meditating and I almost sat straight up! What a experience! It felt like something jumped into my heart when I convulsed up...I also felt like my normal 5 senses were heightened for the next few hours after this, especially my hearing & seeing...

Funny you should mention the sun because the same day I had this experience I meditated in the morning out in full sunshine and it felt magical...what a ride I've been on this past week!

I'm going to try to do it again tonight :) can't wait!

its funny you say that because i would presume youre just trying to get attention,. Because that shape you described is the merkaba, its a vehicle for your spirit to take you around in astral travel, its very powerful and you should not have been able to just conjure it up just like that.
I find it hard to believe.

i read somewhere that it's not a good thing to prolong it and the fact that it naturally doesnt seem to last that long indicates theres a maximum amount you can take, in the end though it only takes a second or less than to get fully charged and push once your used to it

Thats what they tell you, to condition you, so that you dont use it as a power.

It is a very unique feeling.

I notice even when I am not thinking about it at times now I will feel these energetic conveyor belts running through my body (not related to the sensations in this video she is talking about).

I think its our meridian lines started to transmit energy/biophotons/light at a much higher rate. WHen this energetic exchange happens along these lightlines it can trigger all kinds of odd vibrating sensations (not in a sexual way at all) more just a strong ticking sensation that runs in the body along that particular line (this is why it feels focused on that spot).

exactly, and most importantly it will feel intense and just know for a fact that your going to blow the bulb, in your mind the only question is how quickly can you do it

i dont find it hard to believe, once you can use this energy then nothing seems impossible any more

DO you have much sleep paralysis or ever have problems staying "in body" per se right before you go to sleep?

i dont think theres a limit only time itself, i can just keep doing it over and over but without anything to focus on it's just practice

At any rate I've bookmarked this thread so I will post tomorrow if I was able to do "it" successfully again tonight. This was my first experience like that but I'm out in the sun right now anticipating tonight...

yeah i did, i can use it to give myself goosebumps whenever i want and that always feels like a chill, after a while though you can use it to keep yourself warm

shit, I must of conditioned myself then! I can focus these "orgasms" on any point of my body,it feels like the pee shivers. Actually the urine chills are more intense and long lasting while these "orgasms" are shorter and milder,smooth.

if this stuff works it will be a revelation to me.

I can some times push it out so strong it feels like my body might explode.. but always have had no clue what to direct the energy on or what the energy is supposed to do!!.

Really why does everything need to be dumbed down for americans you guys are like the special needs country of the world.

I believe it may possibly be the Hu Gau Shu, if so and can be fully mastered then the possibilities are limitless, does anyone have any insight to training this ability any more?

sound therapy, light therapy, crystals, orgone generators all can have an impact on our lightbodies and the way energy flows through our physical body. They help with clearing blockages can seriously amplify some of these sensations along with NLP (neurolinguistic programming) of certain types.

You might already be using some of these things to help amplify the sensations.

Grounding can really help as well. Make sure to spend some time barefoot outside and connected to the earth a few times a day if you can to help pull in some healing energies and reconnect.

i use nlp from time to time to reprogram a thought process, etc

From what i can gather, apparently this kind of thing was used a lot in ancient times and caused a load of trouble so they banned the teaching of it and it was all but lost, all that is left are the few people who can feel it but don't know what to do with it, thats where i come in :)

:) we all can learn from each other.

memories from past lives are encoded in our DNA...our energetic blueprint. Many are starting to wake up these memories and inherently know where they came from and can in a way, subconsciously download this information from within and around them.

NLP is great for reconnecting and changing habits from the past to move forward in a positive way.

I've got some major experiences and possible explanations based aroundvself discovery for a lot of these things you all are saying.

If we all pool our knowledge we may be able to resurect the lost ability of hu gau shuu , for all of us that can make ourselves feel this way, it's only our understanding that is stopping us from using this ability for a massive variety of things
