As a child I looked at adults as simpletons who needed protection and guidance. It was a soul thing I was born with. I also astral projected as a kid and had some past life memories.

From there I took martial arts. Got a black belt by 12 years old. And continued fighting competatively for years. Being able to kick just about anyone's ass gives you confidence.

Then I read books. Lots of them. Non fiction. Nothing for entertainment. Just knowledge. I'm close to 4000 nonfiction books at 38 yrs old.

There's lots of things you can do to boost your confidence. But I think a lot of it comes from past life experience. If you don't have confidence in this life, then start doing things that challenge your fears.
