It is bad, I can't sleep.
I just don't know what this person is getting out of this, I seriously am nothing special either just my fucking luck haha.
But if I report it I worry he will do something in return and if I ignore he might too. It's so weird like one big mind fuck.

Don't take any chances get it reported and logged, especially if there is stuff still going on. You don't have to have them follow it up or do anything about it. Thing is if it does escalate in any way, the sooner you have it reported and have stuff logged, the better case you build against him if it is needed. Like I say it doesn't sound like run of the mill can't take no for answer. I'm no legal expert but I reckon we have some good anti-stalking / harrassment laws in place these days. Keep any text messages too for evidence.
