All of the people that knew Christopher Dorner, even the people he tied up, are describing him as harmless.

Christopher Dorner was telling everyone he didn't want to hurt them. "He was just trying to clear his name."

So, the police have been chasing and shooting at Dorner all this time. Dorner was only defending himself and running from the agents.

They hunted Dorner down like an animal because he knew something he wasn't supposed to know.
