Not this. I watched it in slow mo, full screen HD. Water would leave a drop lets, or streak down the windsheild. It would not simply vanish.

Also odd...a puff of smoke would typically linger for more than a second.

I noticed that too and get a gut feeling there's something fishy going on.
On other vid's there are a few chem trail looking streaks, sounds like weapons being blasted, talk of gunpowder smells,local comments of seeing an object/ufo that exploded in mid air then burnt out, that long trail looks wrong somehow too and just ends in mid-air.
Probably just my imagination :)

Watch how both objects move perfectly in time with the car moving forward The puff would just be some side of a relfection of something.

They don't actually. Line the black dot and the puff of smoke up with the building below. They do not move.

A second ago you said the smoke was a droplet of water.

At about 1:50. It's a dash cam video. stopped in traffic. A bus in front. The flash happens.

Now look in the sky, upper lefthand side. something suddenly appears, or dissappears and leaves a puff of smoke?
