I have been boycotting shitmart for years.

We don't have guns in Canada and thus little problems. We have bows and arrows for protection. Also, bows and arrows dubble as equipment for spearing fish. I think you should adopt a no gun policy.

I know they took all the "black rifles" off the racks, they did have several versions of the ar 15 before the sandy hook psy-op.

There was but few boxes of rarely used ammunition (they did have 30-30 strangely enough, which is a very useful round) The salesman told Me they don't even sell the ruger 223 ranch rifle any more, that they are complying with the gun control legislation in advance of it being passed.

Then while I was waiting in line at the pharmacy I asked a white man standing in line ahead of me if he had noticed there was no ammo in the sporting goods department and he said "yeah, people are buying it up as soon as it comes in , they're waiting in line because they think Obama is going to take away our guns", a very basic analysis. Then a black woman standing behind me piped in without being invited into the conversation "'those people' don't need no guns or bullets, they're killing kids with them".

I looked her in the eyes and said lady, guns don't kill people, people do, usually people on drugs like the ones you are waiting to get right now. (I guessed she was on psychotropics correctly based on her behavior and she shut her fucking mouth). I asked her," Would it make you happier if adrug crazed madman went into a school and blew up a bunch of kids, poisoned their food, or bashed in their brains with a ball peen hammer? It amazing how Obama has polarized this nation black against white, especially when he's not even black, Hell, I have darker skin than he does in the summer time

Bows and arrows can be very effective weapons, but not against a man armed with a black rifle. That's why we need them. And that's why the second amendment guarantees the government will never have the right to determine what weapons any American citizen can have, because the purpose of the second amendment is to maintain the basic American precept of government subservient to the will of the people..

This makes any Federal gun control law null and void, since the Constitution is the highest law of the land and no legitimate Federal law or Executive order can contradict it.

Any of the various States can make laws governing the sale and possession of guns or any other law that contradicts the Constitution of the United States, but if do ,they refuse to honor the Constitution and they are no longer a legitimate state of the Union. The Constitution was written as a contract between the PEOPLE of the various states and a federal union, to be abided in by both the states and the federal union.

Some have falsely made the claim that states have the right to make laws which contradict the constitution, but the rights of the states to make laws are limited in scope by Constitutional restraints. They have a specific set of rights to enact legislation, but it cannot be unconstitutional.
Once they step out of Constitutional bounds, then they must succeed from the union by petitioning congress.

So what we have essentially is a country that has already been dissolved by the civil war without it ever being announced publicly. Back as late as 1933, a person convicted of felony was not prohibited from possessing firearms once he served his time, in fact if he was arrested in possession of a firearm it was returned to him upon release, which is of course just. Any person who has paid his dues to society for an illegal act should no longer be restricted in his legal constitutionally guaranteed rights once this due has been paid.

There is no reason to restrict persons convicted of non violent crimes from having guns or from voting.

That was one of the first gun control laws passed and most people could hardly argue with the apparent logic of it, but they didn't realize it was a chink in the armor of the second amendment that would lead to and endless parade of gun control laws, which of course it did.

The next law was passed of course was the one against fully automatic weapons and from there it has just been one limitation and infringement after another.

Notice the word infringement, I used it for a reason. The wording of the 2nd amendment is very precise and non debatable, "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

This is one of ten defining rights that makes us American and restrains the LEGITIMATE Federal or state governments from tyrannic legislation, so it is fairly apparent our government is no longer legitimate at ay level, but an occupying force in the institutions of our government.

I am not for doing away with or making war with the legitimatize institutions of government nor our way of life, and I took an oath to defend the Constituent against ALL ENEMIES, be they foreign or domestic.

I am for restoring it, preferably with a rope of justice hung from the tree of Liberty. Let me make myself crystal clear to the feds here..
