Anonymous Coward User ID: 34538277 France 02/17/2013 11:10 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Come on mate, don't give up. It was a good post. As an add on to this, I just want to reiterate that the night before the meteor struck Russia, at precisely 21:06 pm CET or 20:06 pm UK time, I was outside letting the beasts have their last leg cocking chance when all of a sudden, there was this real loud explosion which ricocheted around for several minutes and which was preceded by what I can only describe as this pressure wave which hit me. It was a clear night and I didn't see any streaking lights etc, but sure made the dogs go nuts and made me duck for cover for a minute. Think it was a good few hours before the Russian event, so all I can think of, is that it was a smaller fragment of that meteor which preceded it and entered the atmosphere. Can anyone else corroborate my experience? Like anyone living in northern Europe? |
