I'm ashamed of some actions committed by my parents, especially my dad in the past.

I live in fear of my friends discovering them and mocking me. Just that thought freezes me.

I wish there were a way to overcome something like this without the doc and get medicated. They medicate you for everything these days.

I know it sounds silly but its effected my mental health. Some days this is the only thing I can think of. I daydream of ways how to face my friends when they finally find out, how to make up a story etc etc.
