Re: Are we losing our protective atmosphere?
Thinner atmosphere = more solar heating reaching the surface of the earth, more radiating of the earth surface. The Neutrinos have mutated.

inbound objects fall different and have less friction to burn them up?
Weaken magnetosphere and magnetopause allows them closer? To enter? To get pulled in by Earth's Gravitational Pull?

They like us!
I wondering if the Troposphere Collapse, Weakening of the Magnetosphere, Magnetopause, Wobbling of the Earth, or like has anything to do with them being attracted to us.

Re: Are we losing our protective atmosphere?
As long as the partial pressure of O2 is high enough to keep our hemoglobin completely saturated at sea level, we should be good to go.

FWIW, the density of air at 60 miles high is less than 0.00005% of the density at sea-level.

The different heights at which meteors start to burn has more to do with different velocities than with changing atmosphere.

also, the length of the trail gets longer as the angle of incidence to the atmosphere increases.

What better way to build some sort of planetary defense system against EBE, which will cost billions then by using the cover of falling fucking rocks.

There was a thread earlier today concerning this. Lady claims that false flag meteorites would be followed by false flag alien invasion.

Thread: We are now in the Asteroid stage, next stage is Alien invasion!!

quote from a scientist from oxford university

"Magnetic north has migrated more than 1,500 kilometers over the past century," he said. "In the past 150 years, the strength of the magnetic field has lessened by 10 percent, which could indicate a reversal is in the cards."

We are at Solar Maximum...
Sooo, I am not sure how you figure we are at Solar minimum.
 Quoting: El Tiburon

Did you read the article?
 Quoting: TheTruthMonger

I did, and it contradicts itself.

Maximum = Atmosphere Expansion
minimum- Contraction

I get it...

I'm just saying that we are at a peak of a Solar Maximum.
 Quoting: El Tiburon

We are indeed at solar maximum but the activity on the sun is not meeting the expected sunspot count. The expected sunspot count is also significantly lower than the last solar maximum. The atmosphere is contracted as there hasn't been nearly enough expansion to bring it back to normal maximum levels. The largest flare of 2013 is a M1.9 released just today, we should be seeing much more than just this.

Im no scientist either.. but the oxygen is rich down here compared to up there. Gravity keeps it in.

It's not global warming. It's the lack of the normal amount of solar flares.

Earths electromagnetic shield is collapsing. The clouds are much, much lower than they were just a few decades ago. Mankind didn't cause it and can't do a damn thing about it.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 29658172

you guys are full of shit. maybe we have a shit load of meteors headed in. duh....
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 33347038

Its both but one more thing to add. RIP in the Magnetosphere. The RIP extends from Greenland to South America. Florida to New Zealand. This isn't good for inbound CME either. They get all the way in and cause Ground Effects. ZAP.

A new scam now that the global warming scam has collapsed?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 14620252

Probably.

I think the answer is simply more meteors.

Besides wouldn't we lose our oxygen, nitrogen, water, etc if we were losing our atmosphere?

we have seen the holes in the ozone on radar.

yet somehow you republicans think that our polluted lives have zero effect on the environment.

what happens when you start your car in the garage and close the doors, you die, you think somehow that exhaust has no effect on the atmosphere? i guess you could, you're the genius' that invented rape sperm so i guess you can think of anything when you need to make up something
