some form of choline, i've been using bitartrate.

5g of vitamin c spread out through the day seems to help.

omega fatty acids are also very useful, hemp oil has about as perfect a mix that you can get.

of course, you can't just start pounding nootropes and various vitamins and automatically expect results, you also have to cleanse your system of toxins and keep them out. that part is the tricky one.

I am so glad you mentioned the Fatty Acids....There is much information online about the necessity of taking Omega Fatty Acids, or a Fish Oil with Piracetam, or it will not take full effect. I have tried both with and without Krill Oil, and I must say, that I do also take at least 500mg Krill Oil with each dose of Piracetam+Choline stack!

Would you care to share some more info regarding your
-racetam use? Do you stack all of the -racetams you mention? Why those and not the others? What dosage have you found to be most beneficial for you?



I also am currently taking Bitartrate version of Choline, because it was the least expensive....but I am finding through more and more research that it might be the least effective version of Choline.

Do you have any thoughts regarding types of Choline? Why do you also take the Bitartrate form?
