I'm not sure celebrities would make the best survival companions. They are use to ordering others around to fetch their coffee, etc... They'd probably expect you to worship the ground the walk on and do everything for them.

But if I had to choose one... then someone funny, maybe. Robin Williams or another comedian that could make me laugh when the rest of life is hard.
