So the Chinese gal from Vancouver, Elisa Lam, just wanted a central L.A. location, and she was on a budget.
She didn't figure on it taking 1-1/2 hr. to get to the beach.
The bus service stops in front of the hotel.
But - If you have ever been in L.A. and taken public transit, you know it is an experience all its own.
Poor kid.
She should never have travelled there alone.
