If asteroids are able to rip through undetected at any time and kill untold amounts of people why the fuck do we fund asteroid tracking programs?
The Russian meteor was 17 meters wide, with a mass of 10,000 tons, before it entered Earth's atmosphere.
Do you deny that we have tracked many smaller asteroids than the estimated size of the russian meteor? So remind me again how NASA didn't detect this meteor when they detect countless others that are smaller than this.. Use your head..

It is absolutely NOTHING. Scientists are very good at measuring things that are the size of "next to nothing" with great precision. (down to the level of quarks or as far away as 200 light years.) what's your question? Thank you. He had none his intent was to make me look bad but all he managed to do was show his ignorance.
