The outlook of such water element is moderate, gentle, humble, tolerant, patient and easygoing and flexible, yet the other side of yin water is cunning, secretive, and deceptive and can penetrate everywhere. ….. If the energy is guided in positive direction, it can bring intelligent and innovative ideas and reforms. But there can be also secret plots, cheating, terrorist attacks and assassination. The fire element under the water is Snake, which is “uprising” with hidden metal weapon, and it is also considered as mystical, unpredictable like chameleon…... So the two elements water on snake can still bring about terrorist attacks, revolutions, skirmishes and killings. In general, there may not be serious warfare in 2013 but we cannot expect total peaceful world as it is still water and fire conflict, and the snake fire could bring social unrest, revolution, bombs, bullets, explosions and the threat of nuclear troubles." |

This is why things will be very intense between Japan and China. Tensions will rise to a peak and they will possibly go to war.” |

I've studied the Chinese Zodiac extensively and I have seen it work time and time again. Perhaps you can see what the next year holds to see if we move into a period of good after the bad as we have been promised. Well it is the year of the Horse, a year of successes. That sounds promising! The Serpent and the Eagle An Eagle swooped down upon a Serpent and seized it in his talons with the intention of carrying it off and devouring it. But the Serpent was too quick for him and had its coils round him in a moment; and then there ensued a life-and-death struggle between the two. A countryman, who was a witness of the encounter, came to the assistance of the eagle, and succeeded in freeing him from the Serpent and enabling him to escape. In revenge, the Serpent spat some of his poison into the man's drinking-horn. Heated with his exertions, the man was about to slake his thirst with a draught from the horn, when the Eagle knocked it out of his hand, and spilled its contents upon the ground. The lesson: One good turn deserves another. |
