I feel like crying, I have become very secluded, are these ascension symptoms ?

I've been through the funk a few times. How's your eating habits? Deep breathing and walking helps.

What's wrong? Everyday life in the USA (or world if you may). It gets to everybody.

I'd go and see someone... It's not "Ascension." It sounds like you might have some depression...a very common, treatable illness - Could be your diet, not enough water, all kinds of things...but i'd go and see someone if you're feeling that way.

Balance your emotional spectrum. IF you're crying it is emotions, heart chakra, too widely open.

Like most others who posted before, I agree with them. It is most likely a normal slump in your life. You can't ride high forever.

Take this observation of yourself and use it to figure out the solution. Feel secluded? Then do an extroverted activity.

But for GOD SAKES, whatever you do, please do not turn to any sort of prescription medication.

I have been getting the idea that ascension would allow us to feel more connected and help us join as a community instead of causing isolation.. I hear many say as we ascend, we may face impacted energies unresolved from the past. I think it takes working from within and colaborating with others to resolve these issues and grow, transcend, ascend.

That being said, I have had a hard time finding a community to trust and understand the desire to unplug from superficial connections. If you feel like crying and being alone, but are posting here reaching out, perhaps you really do not want to be alone, but fear rejection from those around you at this time.

Yeah, you came to the realization that the world around you is meaningless and fake. You want answers, but they can't be attained. The one's professing answers are telling tales. You don't know what to do with your life because of it.

A good way to lose yourself is in cooking and art. If you want answers, you're going to have a hard time finding them....

Why are you upset? Do you miss contact with others? Lots of good advice here but I'm not sure that living a secluded life is a problem by itself. Are you bothered by the fact that you prefer your own company? Worried of what others might think?
I live a secluded life myself. I enjoy music, books, art and other solitary pursuits. I've always been this way and I'm happy. Just curious about which aspect of your seclusion upsets you so much.
