There are many paths up the mountain. Avoid those who claim to already be there, but listen to those who are on their path.

It is all about the practice of bypassing the mind/ego and allowing you to actually feel unconditional love for yourself, others and everything. It is like a warmth, glowing, loving feeling in your chest/stomach area. A peace and joy. Anytime you want it. Then good things start to happen in your life, as well. It isn't too hard, really, just a matter of practice.
