Look right above the cop in the first picture. How come that cop in the background isn't running anywhere?
Doesn't look too excited about anything...

Take a look at her feet. She's wearing flats, which are typically worn without socks or with thin, low-cut liners. Why would a state police officer be allowed to wear that type of shoe in a situation like this? Or at all? Shouldn't she have on tennis shoes? Or dress shoes? Running around in those shoes during an emergency would work about as well as running in flip-flops or heels. I just zoomed on one of the photos and she has a State Police Jacket on. You are correct she has on flats and no socks. That doesn't make a damn bit of sense.
