The moon's being tidally locked to earth has nothing to do with field rotation. Field rotation is an apparent motion caused by the altitude-azimuth perspective of the observer and is independent of the motion of an object's true rotation. You can see that in this time lapse of Jupiter's rotation which was also filmed from an altitude-azimuth perspective (no Jupiter did not actually "tilt.")

I have proven that the moon was supposed to look like that due to field rotation, and I have provided my calculations in the form of an excel sheet anyone can look at and examine for themselves.
