I'm starting to understand why they are so hell bent on disarming the people now.. it's going to be an out and out robbery! They are taking what has been theirs the hole time. You are the ones giving it value. If you did not strive for it then what would its value be. Just because they say it's worth your efforts to work your whole life over, does not make it so...but you did. |

Quoting: Penelope Pitstop Before they used to just print more money and devalue the savings, now they are just robbing in broad daylight. Now that they are so 'in your face', it makes one wonder what they know. That they just don't care anymore that you know they are crooks means that they have weaseled their way into a position of safety for themselves and know you can't do shit about it. Scarey for the rest of us. Anonymous Coward User ID: 14516845 United States 03/17/2013 06:53 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It looks to me as though they are creating a run on the banks on purpose. I mean seriously how can they do this in a country of only 1 million people and expect the rest of any eu member states to leave their money in the bank and think it's safe. This is just plain old thievery. This is real fucken doom right here. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 24970002 Yes, this is a "test run" as this article from Forbes makes clear: Every so often, a moment comes along when you learn something important about how economies work. Thanks to the Euro area member states, we’re about to get one of these moments. Next week, we’re going to find out how people react when their bank deposits are at risk of being confiscated. If the Russians say "Oh hells no! We'll show them who they're fucking with", they can start the derivatives collapse to bring down the "TBTF" banksters. Russia is probably in good position to survive a global economic collapse because their economy had already collapsed years ago and they are the second largest oil producers in the world. Not to mention that Russia has been buying as much gold as they can get their hands on recently. The shit is about to hit the fan!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

If you can't withdraw money, over pay your credit cards and have a balance due or a check mailed to you, then cash the check. Or, set up a paypal account for yourself, transfer the funds from your bank account and then use paypal to shop for all your food online. I repeat, transfer all your account balances to other sources. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 36131671 United Kingdom 03/17/2013 07:28 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | And so it begins.... All Cyprus banks this weekend have frozen electronic transfers while a bailout is brought in. There will be a "bank holiday" on Monday and then on Tuesday, March 19th, 10% of every bank depositors savings will be taken and transferred to the central planners and central banksters. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 25720208 [link to www.telegraph.co.uk] Why don't you check your facts? It's not actually 10% of all depositors money. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 26448516 If people all try and do it at once they will find out there isn't that much cash. Also the only way you can withdraw all your money at once is to close the bank account. Last Edited by <x> on 03/17/2013 07:31 AM |

It's a lower percent under a certain level. It's still bad but people need to get their facts straight. Dear me - it's not as if it isn't all over the MSM as well as sites like this. |
