I am cursed with never growing old. Anyway I've seen and done it all over the years.

I would only update it 4 times a year, at the equinoxes and solstaces and give a review of my personal life and what was going on in the world at the time. I was very careful to take great care of this journal. If it is analyzed it could be shown to prove I am as old as I say I am. Ok, so until you send it to someone to verify, you CANT prove it.
