Quoting: snark see that is what I'm unsure of my only witness is my wife and that can be considered as a conflict of interest and I hate this as I know there are so many people who con the system and I have always been a worker I always have provided for my family plus I'm 22 so I'm afraid that would be frowned upon i would suggest get a copy of the complete procedure from the hospital. i believe they are required to have everything that takes place in the operating room to be recorded. it should say where the doctor allowed a student to take over. once you have that, you may have a case of malpractice. L-DOgg As long as the student was supervised, and the patient consented, there is no malpractice.
