Severe weather across the South will continue to erupt as this Palm Sunday weekend progresses.

Today started with clusters of violent thunderstorms dropping hail near Dallas, Texas, and Tallahassee, Fla. Additional thunderstorms are erupting across the South and will continue to do so through tonight.

A winter storm is taking aim on much of Missouri, with snow forecast to begin tonight and continue through Sunday.

The National Weather Service (NWS) reports its data continues to show potential for significant accumulations of heavy, wet snow overnight and Sunday across Mid-Missouri.
