High fat/Paleo diet followers, how are you getting enough healthy fats in your diet? im struggling to figure out how to get more fats

butter, cottage cheese, cream or half and half made into yogurt or sour cream, cheese, yo-cheese, avacados, olives, nuts.... been following a paleo type diet which includes animal products and lost 15 pounds. Funny, cause I eat all the good stuff except of course refined grains and sugars
