Administrator; is what a judge really is in EVERY court that is not a common Law Court.

Judge; Unless you are in a Common Law Court, the person in the black robe is PRETENDING to be a judge.

Presumptions and Consent;

You will have to gain a clear knowledge of the workings of Presumption and Consent.


Consent

Do you think you know what you have and haven't given consent for?

Most of the worlds population do not...prob only 4% do.

It is not your burden to prove your consent.

It is the burden of the claimant to do so. They will attempt to trick you... but once you get this concept... they are never able to do this to you again.


Presumption

The Courts will always presume things about you that work in their own favor.

You have to rebut and disarm them from being able to do this.

You have to take away their ability to assume ANYTHING about you.

You have to retain your jurisdiction by informing the administrator(judge)[1] of your "Status and Standing"

True, but with the force of many with guns, they dont need your consent. but I understand what your referring to, like searches and seizures.

Make no mistake...If they want to harm you and take your property... they will... but with this information I am gong to share with you all... you have a fighting chance... something you don't have now.

When does the court let you go? How long will they keep pushing you until they realize that you won't consent?

when the judge tells you to state your name only tell him your first name. no matters how much he urges you, dont tell him.

when he calls recess quickly declare with a strong voice "the judge has abandoned ship, i take control and close the case against me"

The reality is that they will try to drag it out forever.

They are attempting to beat you down by keeping your energy within arms length of the Bar.

The reality is you are not dealing with a judge... you are dealing with an administrator[1].

And if you know the difference and you know why it matters.... and you KNOW it without doubt... then my Friend you are on your way to being a formidable pain in the ass of the imposter in the black rope.

Umm... I would not call him/her a "Judge" in that statement.

If the proceedings has deteriorated to this extent you should have politely reminded the imposter in the black rope that you KNOW he is just an administrator.

There could come a time when you might have to take over the proceedings... but I would like to wait til later to explain that. There are some key concepts that I have to expose you to in order for those things to make sense.

But thank you for the comment.... you are partially correct...

Oh and about the Name thing...

You can give him your name. The admin has to know he is addressing the correct party. But when you answer... you also say something like this... "I am here making a Special Appearance in reference to case # yada yada" How can I help you?"

If the admin keeps pushing you to say "I am Joe Smuckitelly"

Then say something to the effect of "It seems you are requiring me to yield Jurisdiction or engage in contract, if this is the purpose of you requiring my response to be in a specific language then... I do not yield that Jurisdiction....I am Joe B. son of Smuckitelly and as I have said before, I am here making a Special Appearance"

Then there is more.... but more on that later...

I've won in the Minnesota Supreme Court, only to be sent back to the same corrupt district court judge. The district court judge AGAIN violated the law, again won in the Court of Appeals, again sent back to the corrupt district court judge...and you guessed it, everything happened AGAIN.
