Nagasaki and Hiroshima were not nuked. They were just firebombed like dozens of other Japanese cities.

He said the whole "nuclear weapon" thing was hoaxed in order to prevent upstart industrializing countries from becoming militarist and challenging the United States, as Germany and Japan had done. Also, the US and the UK needed a hoax in order to halt Soviet advance in Europe. If Stalin would have called their bluff, the Red Army could have easily captured the whole of Europe after the defeat of NS Germany. That John Titor is one kickass dude.
