Kubrick's "The Shining" - is it a parallel biography about his childhood, Faked Apollo moon landing, and Nazi Germany?

Mostly notable (the lenses) for being used in Barry Lyndon.
Perhaps someone should go through THAT film and look for clues?
Quoting: nomuse (not logged in) 2380183 Just watched Barry Lyndon recently; very good movie. Grabs your interest immediately and holds it to the end. The movie wasn't hard to follow, but I'm sure there were many layers I failed to pick up on epecially in the vain of this thread. Stanley Kubrick movies are in a class by themselves.
