That will break a lot of this ish up. What's really going on is no sooner Daley unleashed those animals from the dismantled housing projects into the general Chicagoland area many yrs ago, it was at that precise moment they set us law-abiding, tax-paying citizens up for slaughter. Ever notice Barrington, Schaumburg, Wilmette, etc doesn't take Sec 8? Because they don't play that ish!
