I have been saying this since 2009. Since 2009 I have brought this up to friends and family. NO ONE listened. It's simple Constitutional law. All taxation legislation must originate in the house of representatives. When it went to the SCOTUS and Robert's changed the legislation (which the scotus is not allowed to do, fyi)to call Obamacare a tax I said ok then it is un Constitutional. All the morons on the left and pro Obamacare people said nanny nanny boo boo stick your head in do do. See even right leaning Roberts says it's constitutional. I couldn't expect people on the left and many on the right that are for Obamacare to understand Constitutional process of legislation. How was I to get people to believe Roberts proved it is unconstitutional by a back door bang by calling it a tax. Maybe Roberts is smarter than everyone gives him credit for. He said it is up to the people. Well the people need to call for Obamacare to be struck down solely because the process of legislation was not held and Obamacare originating in the senate proves it is un Constitutional. The insurance companies and the democrats in the senate sat and wrote the bill... Ya think it would be easy to sell (Which it wasn't to people with half of a brain) to people telling them that the exact companies that are increasing your rates and offering the product you are being forced to purchase or be fined for not doing so... ya think people would be happy that the insurance companies helped write Obamacare?
Sadly, I see all of this not going anywhere. Republicans are in on it too... Remember in 2010 when they said to elect them to get rid of Obamacare? That was 3 years ago... The House of Representatives do all appropriations. All they would have to do is not appropriate the funds to HHS and all of the people working in the programs. No money... no Obamacare...
Nothing will change Obamacare from getting slammed down our throats... Well there is one thing!

IF WE THE PEOPLE GET OUR FUCKING HEADS OUT OF OUR ASSES AND STOP PLAYING THE BLAME GAME BS. REPUBLICANS AND DEMOCRATS ARE THE SAME... UNTIL YOUR REALIZE THIS NOTHING WILL EVER GET CHANGED.
