It doesn't matter how much you fantasize about this, in the grand scheme of things this doesn't even amount to a technicality to the house, senate, or the scotus. They are reverse engineering the justification for this case right now. The decision will come down 5-4 and you will say "OH THOSE PESKY DEMS WE ARE ALWAYS SO CLOSE!!!!"
