The problem the NORKS now have is that any attempt to fuel or fire a missile will be viewed as a potential threat to both the SOUKS and the US and will likely provoke a military response.

The NORKS have also crossed the rubicon by restarting overt nuclear weapons production, this will cause no end of issues on the peninsula as the SOUKS, JAPS and other nations may see this as a reason to initiate an arms race.

China, Russia and the US will not tolerate such a scenario.

To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised to see China and or Russia take the North by force in order to prevent the US and NATO taking the peninsula.

Part of the reason for this is because FINALLY this time NK has a valid retaliatory device to use against the US if the US tries to use tactical nuclear weapons. THAT is a game changer. A HUGE game changer.

The one big risk left for NK is US Airpower. If they have figured out a way to limit that then the game is ON, and on soon.

So it has to be a 'full scale attack'
