US Marine goes Postal in Road Rage..Patient Man sits and listens

Ok so I'm going to put it out there. My little brother is the driver. I'm the Marine in a wheelchair recording this. This guy first tried to speed up and cus off when he was in a small merge lane, then realized the truck was bigger than his car. He slammed on his brakes. We didn't know what he was doing until it happened. Then he came around the vehicle and decided to cut us off not nearly even as a car length away. So close to my truck that he almost hit us. Then gets in front of us WMSH starts to break check us where we couldn't even see his trunk. My brother backed off and kept trying to get distance. The 3 rapid brake checks and then finally he locks up his brakes. We tried to move. If was less than 10mph and the guy locks up his brakes and at this point his car I could see in his backseat and when locked up we hit him. This was so quick there wasn't anything we could do. This guy gets out of his car and starting screaming at us, I try to talk to him and that's when he said he was going to beat my brother and started kicking my truck which then my brother rolls up the window. Then I start to record because now he's vandalizing my truck and I can't get out to talk or calm him down because I can't walk. This is the result of it. Luckily two witnesses who witnessed all of it stopped and made statements. He is being held at fault by MP and investigator. How this video got vitally out I'm unsure but I as a Marine I understand PTSD and I understand things happen. But atleast maybe he can get some counseling or talk to someone.

And this folks is part of the reason why the military should be abolished. A good 80% of MARINES are just like this motherfucker.

You wouldn't say that to his face. Look...obviously he was out of control...I get it. We make killers. It's not a switch...can't just be turned off. We don't know the circumstances. From listening...it sounds as if the guy in the car may have popped off...we don't know. I'm glad the guy didn't get out though...and keep in mind that this is an example of Marine on Marine violence...lol. He called the one guy a pouge...that means non-infantry or non-combat arms.

That could have easily been me at one time. I'm several years out now...and a lot more level headed.

All I ask is that you remember that this young man is a trained killing machine. Every waking moment of his life is spent learning about killing and training to kill. He probably has at least two combat tours under his belt, judging by his age. We're machines...which is why we're so good at what we do. It's unfortunate that it can't be "trained" out of us...only time can make being a civilian, or operating in and around civilians easier.

I hate that his video made it to the internet...The Marine is honorable...but he isn't acting honorable. I'm sure, hindsight being 20/20, he'd give anything to be able to go back and act differently.

Go ahead and destroy me for taking up for him...all I can say in my defense, and his, is that I understand him. If you haven't walked in his shoes, it may not be possible to understand his behavior...and again, I'm not saying he didn't screw up, because he did. Just try to understand why it is that he is the way he is.

PTSD, stress will do this to you. Stress before deployment, stress after deployment. Fear of losing life and family. Fear of losing everything. Watching your battle buddies die in front of you in a horrific combat fight, fear, stress anger, building up until you just blow up and release the pressure. Releasing the pressure... That's all you see here.

No one knows this Marines pain except the Marines he serves with, they know. The civilians will never understand this unless they've been to hell.
