It's a blessing and a curse to be psychic. My whole internally system is in complete alert mode.

I was visited by dark, cold, swirling energies while in a hospital following a surgery. I'm sure part was due to the pain meds, and perhaps I was also too weak to resist. Whatever the reason, it was unnerving and I do not wish to experience it again. I think this would have helped me through that experience. Thank you for sharing this, Paul.

Get comfortable with feet flat on ground.
Imagine a beam of golden or white Light coming from the Divine/Creator/Universe [whatever fits ones belief structure] pass through the top of your head [Crown chakra] & fill your body with the Light [I imagine the Light as a fluid because it's more dense].
Once you can imagine your body is filled with Light then expand that Light until you imagine yourself inside an egg shaped ball of Light [This fills your aura] I imagine the Light overflowing from my hands to fill my aura.
For those who have trouble visualising the Light,ask your Guide/Guardian/Angel to assist your efforts & say the words of what your doing [I bring a beam of Golden Light from the Source of the Eternal & fill my body with that Light & so forth].

This is a very powerful protection. 'Darkness cannot exist where there is Light'. The more one does it the easier it gets to visualise.

As one gets proficient with this exercise then one can change the colour to suit one's needs. Indigo for the Spiritual, blue for mental healing, red for energy or courage, for instance.

If I may suggest, it is also good to extend a line into the center of earth from the bottom of your spine and allow all negativity to flow down that line to be neutralized and dissolved. You can visualize that as dark red.

Than you can pull green or earth tone colored energy up from the earth. this way you are also anchored in the earth and grounded. You have a connection to the light, are filled with it and protected and are also grounded in the earth.

I remove negativity through the souls of my feet but your way sounds better.
May I add that I 'ask' permission from Mother Earth to accept & for Her to transmute my negativity into positive.

Very good. I was in a meeting with healers and everyone was sending negative energy to the earth. I brought up that earth is also weakened from all the poisons, radiation and people's low vibration. How do we know that we are not overwhelming her by sending all bad energies down to her to dissolve. Nobody had an answer.

I feel it's a great way to ask permission of earth.

What matters most is how the color makes you feel personally. Color therapy is explained by colors emanating a certain frequency of light reflection and internally acting on our emotional response.

The different chakras are related to colors, sounds, mantras and symbols.

I might post a brief summary of color meanings tomorrow.

Your story has touched me ac Brazil, that's directed my mind to keep going back to the many times I've been in a dark place when I've lost all hope & considered suicide.
As a child there were several times when I came very close. When I was 12 I nearly jumped of a cliff. As I was about to jump I saw in my minds eye a very vivid picture of me lying broken & bleeding yet still breathing at the foot of the cliff, so I decided to find a higher position to jump.
Over a decade ago I was given 3 years to live. I was in serious pain,abandoned by friends [to name just a couple of things I was facing] & tried to gas myself. Despite my thoroughness, I failed in my attempt because the gas supply had only JUST been changed to natural gas which only succeeded in making me sick.
These experiences forced me to face that question, 'what happens to the souls of those who take their own life?'. The Christian religion taught me that suicide is the ultimate sin & will not be forgiven. I had learned enough,at that point, to know that the Divine is compassionate, yet I felt that suicide brought on serious repercussions of what I did not know.
After much meditation/contemplation this is what I now understand what happens to those who take their own life.
Before we incarnate [reincarnation was a basic tenet of the Christian church until it was pronounced 'anathema' by the then Pope] I believe that we agree/plan/accept to the experiences that we will face in Life that will bring us closer to self-realisation. It's like a contract. If we choose to break that deal, & take our own life, then we have forced ourselves to come back to face that which we tried to escape. We can run but we can't hide.There is no escape from the problems we face through suicide.
To my mind it explains why babies are born with disease like cancer or a disability, why babies die within minutes, hours, days of birth.
This is my understanding & I hope it resonates with you & others.
We are taught that God will not test us beyond our strength. We [that includes you ac Brazil] are stronger than we think. Please try the White Light meditation & ask for help from your Guide/Guardian/Angel/Higher-self [whichever your most comfortable]
The darkest hour is just before dawn.

I'd just like to thank you for your generosity of Spirit. For sharing your kind words, Loving energy & providing a space that allows me & others to express ourselves freely. I also do not wish to become an 'over presence' [as oneLOVE so rightly expressed] but it can be hard for me to find the balance. I really have few interactions with spiritually minded people. I believe that's why I found my way here.

You're right OP [re; ModernDayMystic] I am very sensitive but have learned how to protect myself [usually] from others. I only sent a post to MDM because like others I was curious. But your right about consulting 'psychics' [from reading a few pages on his thread he seemed SO in tune].
I assumed I would hear something positive from him, which is why his response stung. I've always taken for granted that when the time comes I will be working with a group of others with similar ability's to fight the good fight because the energy is so much more intense [When two or more are gathered in my name I will be amongst you]. I was hoping that MDM would 'see' that group on the horizon. Lesson learnt.

Op Thanks for the advice, and especially by paul answers .. if it was not you would have given up at the first message.I tried suicide five years ago, but my survival instinct spoke stronger and could not consummate. stopped thinking about it, only in moments of despair that came to my mind but nothing too strong.

2 years ago I met a person that she could leave the body anytime shw wanted ... but instead of going for 4 or 5 dimension, she goes to a higher place .She knew many things about the system existence, and taught me a lot as far as was permitted, she was always bored and said to reveal things forbidden to ordinary people was fun for her.then in four months she committed suicide, thinking of all she told me I became empty, not knowing which way was right ... relativist. not happy but not sad either. without feelings.

Last year things have changed, in a fit of rage threw up black stuff, and when I looked up it was a completely different person: i could not stay at home, talking to anyone naturaly.. doing many things every day ... it remember the way i lived the childhood, but 5 times stronger at least. met a girl who became my girlfriend ... in one month we broke up, suffered for four months ... desperation, dementia ..almost comited suicide.after a few months have gone and came back to what I was,


I realized that the void is safer ... while I do not feel anything I do not run many risks ... it's absurd how much I change when I link emotionally to someone.

If i can add, I've followed Mystics thread all the way from the start and have been stunned by his abilities to percieve things in people through energy. The most amazing part of it is how he can 'heal' people by getting them to connect to him through the ethers. Amazing stuff.

But I would add the only person to truely trust is yourself.

edit: Just to add he made a thread recently about a very large energetic force headed our way, due to hit tomorrow May 4th. Normally I don't pay much attention to these kinda things but this concerned me. Look for his threads to find it. Just sharing.
