Not really because these scumbags are using paper to drive the price down and then scooping up physical and stashing it. They may be crooks but they ain't stupid! They claim that they are 'hedging' so it is all legal like to the corrupt regulators.

What they are doing is making the price too low to mine thus creating a shortage which leads to dramatic rises in the price of electronics, weapons, and jewelry.
