Found this little night creature on my bird feeder

When they get used to you putting it out every night, I guess about two weeks, maybe less, I've been doing this for five or six years now, I don't remember how long it took, but it wasn't long.
Keep a watch on the tree with a flash light, and when you see them, go out quietly and hold out the peanut butter on the butter knife against the tree and let them come down to eat, if they don't come down after about three min., butter the tree and try again the next night, they will get used to you eventually.

Are you still feeding them, AG? The rain washed half the peanut butter down the maple tree and they were on the ground eating it just now as I went outside, poor little guys, it's cold out.

They have teeth! They'll bite you unintentually, let them eat off of a spoon or knife, it's funny because they'll try to pull the utensil from your hand up the tree!

I could actually hear it licking the peanut butter! It was weird

Wish we had those instead of the destructive bastards we have in SE Texas. I shoot them as fast as I can and they still gnaw my house to pieces.

There is a retirement home behind and in front of me and the old woman next door feeds them too.

Cool squirrls, if they poop on my cars like the birds, they will get a pellet just like them. Until then, they can just keep surfing the forest.

There is a brown headed cowbird on my feeder now pecking all the smaller nicer looking birds to death!
