I lost all of my transaction records and blacked out from the duress of government sponsored anxiety and prescription Xanax. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 37801064 Voting, riiight. Although I'd suspected it for a long time, I knew for certain that voting is rigged (and therefore pointless) as soon as I saw that Californians had *supposedly* voted against GMO food labeling. The constituents of one of the top two most libtarded states in the Union voted in favor of Monsanto? I don't think so. |

I can imagine something really, really, REALLY big must happen before Americans are willing to give away their guns. Like martial law or a nuclear attack. Quoting: Vinyard They will not be given up easily.. Are you kidding? Martial Law or a nuclear attack are two possibilities that are causing people to buy MORE guns. |

Eotech, Aimpoint, Leupold etc. My Eotech was 8 months out of warranty and it faded out. I emailed them and they sent back an RMA number and said no charge. I just got it back and it's like new. They even gave me a new set of batteries. All it cost me was shipping back to the factory. |

My guess is guns sales are a lot higher than the feds know. Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. "America is at that awkward stage. I agree that optics are the best choice but if the eyes are still good people can do very well with iron sights. People managed quite well before optics. Just look at Billy Dixon or that Finnish WW2 sniper. Just saying that if money is tight not having optics shouldn't deter anyone from practice with iron sights. My guess is guns sales are a lot higher than the feds know. Quoting: Epic Beard Guy Well of course the sales are a lot higher than they know. Private transfers don't require government interference to engage in commerce.. Who knows how many guns are handed down as inheritances, or friend to friend trades/transfers that do not go through FFL dealers. There is and has been for a long time to make special efforts to keep the fucking feds out of our personal business in the exercise of our rights. The old timers knew that any kind of registration was a prerequisite to confiscation, and serve no other purpose. All of those guns are still out there. Firearms don't really have a shelf life. Another neat thing about firearms is that the people who would take yours, will be carrying them. And they will have undoubtedly a nice supply of ammo for feeding them. Like Bruce Lee said, be like water my friend! |

[link to cnsnews.com] There is no easy way of creating a " Reserve " of people to defend a country then to use fear of taking something away to make them arm up even more. And the bonus is the government does it quietly without spending a dime.. Total bodies to protect the US went from say 2 million to who knows may 20 million? Same thing here lots of surplus guns and ammo being purchased by average hunters and sport shooters. |
