HEMP, for Fukushima's nuclear cleanup.
Awhile back, I wrote Japan's leaders to suggest they use HEMP in its cleanup efforts of the Fukushima radiation. In various forms--powder, hay, etc.

Sound whacko? stoner

Astrologically, HEMP/Marijuana is ruled by Saturn, which also rules two other things that help contain radiation: Concrete and Lead.

As far as an auspicious time to apply this--and what isn't the right time, or too soon, when talking about nuclear radiation?--Saturn was in Libra for the last two years, adverse to Pluto, ruler of radiation. (i.e., Saturn things can be used to STOP Pluto things). Well, Saturn is now in Scorpio (ruled by Pluto) and that is in a way, like a Conjunction (of Pluto things). Won't have as good a chance when Saturn transits Sagittarius for two years, but by the time it reaches Capricorn and joins Pluto, it will again be a good time for such things.

Hemp and other substances which absorb radiation, and help to render it less harmful, should be thoroughly investigated. Nuclear reactors are dangerous things.

Incidentally, as I've periodically kept up with Fukushima and other reactors over the last few years, the United States has had at least FOUR incidents (which the public didn't learn too much about). California has a rickety old reactor that I hope they never re-start. There were also two reactors in middle America that had some problems--one of which apparently spewed quite a bit of (less) harmful radiation into the atmosphere and covered a few states. Didn't hear much about that in the mainstream media. Lastly, though, of the reactors in the U.S., quite a few are of the exact model as Fukushima--with the same defects regarding the fuel pool cooling (unevenly; hot spots). These things should be replaced/fixed; and there should be greater redundancy with the cooling systems (each should have no less than FIVE separate cooling systems). Fukushima's cooling system went out with the tsunami that hit; then the backup cooling system failed; then they had nothing, until bringing in a temporary cooling system. And that reactor was built atop an earthquake fault line (stupid!). Any significant quake would cause, inevitably, the worst case scenario.

If any nuclear reactor loses cooling and gets a meltdown and likely the dreaded 'fuel pool fire', which cannot be put out. And it spews all the bad radiation everywhere, and will cause over 1-billion people to die, one way or another. And probably more. Crops, land, water, fish, birds, plant life, and so on.

The risks must be mitigated. I understand the benefit of nuclear energy; but something so dangerous must have stricter safety practices, since it will affect the entire world.

Maybe a good idea, maybe not!

In the first year they made a trial in F'Shima

Plants can absorb radioactive particulates out of the ground during growth by taking them in along with the nutrients they are feeding on. Hemp is particularly effective at this due to the depth and mass of it's root systems combined with relatively rapid growth and large nutrient intake. Of course the problem still exists of what to do with the now radioactive hemp waste. This method is more suitable for site cleanup after the leakage has been stopped. Just an FYI, this method can also be used to recover gold and other metals.

You bundle it up in some weighted (big) bales, encase it in plastic wrap and drop it in the ocean into that very deep trench just off the coast of Japan.

Hemp was the solution for cleaning toxic metals (like mercury and arsenic) from the tailings from the Yukon gold rush but nobody would accept the clean-up costs so nothing was followed through even though the science supported the concept.
