Favorite car so far was the 67 Chevy II, everyone always thought she'd be to heavy (she wasn't) she could fly. On another note, a friend of mine who went to an auction of an antique car junkyard, got an old Chrysler with a 392 hemi in it. That was crazy, I had never heard of a 392 hemi before. But he had said that they had made an assortment of smaller hemi's for DeSoto's and Chrysler's back in the 50's and early 60's. I was just joking, 57 Chevys only came with a 265 or 283. The 327 Reference is from the movie My cousin Vinny. |

KonspiracyKitty User ID: 1295140 United States 04/28/2013 12:54 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I had a Mazda MX-3 GS. =P That was my first car. Two door, V6, 5 speed. Wasn't the fastest as one might imagine, but I loved spanking riced out Civics and the like with it. I had a rivalry with this one turbo'd Civic, ran into him like three times a week and each time we'd race and each time he'd beat me. Only Civic that did. We probably raced over two dozen times after just running into each other at a stop light or something. He was a bit of a prick though. Friggin' Civics. For my next car I would like to get a Suburu WRX STI. I'm a bit into the import/tuner thing. I love the four wheel drive on the Suburus and the sound of the blow off valve and everything. Would love to take one on a dirt road. My father has a 2002 Camaro SS, which is something you'd like it sounds like. LS1 engine, 6 speed. He has a bit done to it as well, exhaust, intake, and some of the widest tires I've seen on a street car. It's pretty quick. Based on the stock figures I would guess it would run low low thirteens or high high twelves in the 1/4 but that's just a total guess. (But maybe that isn't quick by your standards if your buddies run parachutes in the quarter mile =P) My father seldom lets me drive his SS, and only when I'm with him because he knows I used to be into street racing. Ah well. :) |
