Hi guys, I lived in B.C. and this website shows the anuual temp range is from 25 degrees in winter (with snow ) and daytime highs much higher than 25 degrees. Spring is 60 degrees and the summer is 75 degrees. Pretty nice weather overall :)))

The fact that the property is EAST of the ROCKIES means the weather will be extra-sunny ! No weeeks of rain like on the COAST side of the ROCKIES.

ahahah - I live west of the lot in Wisconsin, on HWY 10 - yep as described, I live in a cute lil town, we can drive ATV's in town, ATV trails all over, lakes all over, horses riding around and Amish all over in case of some weird food issue, I moved here to "survive". yep! Love the Amish Walmarts - drive past a farm, 50 little hand painted signs of food, animals, cabins, quilts, furniture, you name it. FAST internet too, no one uses it haha

2 bdrm house, 500.00 a month rental, has a 1 car garage,big yard with deer running around (in town lol) and I moped all over on my 1979 Honda 49cc moped. LOVE IT! Camping, sailing, black river 400 years away... imma survivin!

I'll buy it the moment the dollar crashes to zero value, Save it! - ok?


pffft, I like a dirty house that is worth 50k (we have em in my hill billy WI village haha. hell can buy an Amish cabin for 5,000, wood burner,animals all over, grow food, Amish stores everywhere - I wont even notice a "change" - I alreayd changed... camping Rawks!

Alaska's great, but pretty far from kalifornia. Or else I'd try it out.

My budget's pretty small, anyway, so the only property i'm picking up is abandoned real estate. And the Dems in my state have almost passed enough restrictive laws to make me wanna leave, so I need a state to move to :)
