The worlds most skillful and powerful 'military organization' is not of a nation, it is the people of the nations themselves.

And to what would 'governments' do under martial law, they would ask for foreign aid militias. Which would ultimately be as futile as the martial law itself, in the long run.

Well if you are talking about humans I don't know but if your are talking about anything else I would say ants. They are organised and they don't destroy their environment. It's only a silly guess because I don't keep up with all of the army stuff, it's too complicated.

Jason Bourne type stuff with genetics manipulation. If they are making movies about it, chances are... we're there. You aren't hearing about all of the crazy advances, because the technology gets bought up and instantly becomes classified.
