They are/ were Vegas regulars. I think Wayne Newton is dead though.

The sin city is in no harm the elite love it, and it is their main cash cow. Vegas will still be there after the nuclear war if it ever happens lol

Not so true anymore. The casinos are dead. Sometimes we'll only see 1person in a casino where it used to be wall to wall. One place has the capacity to hold 1000s but ill only see a 100 at a really large casino. Though this isnt the case with the strip, all of sin city has taken a hit. Empty buildings every where, half built houses, half built casinos. Its not hardly the money maker anymore. More or less rendered useless to them. I sort of wonder if thats what is up with that card and if its being played now since its one of the top cities effected.

All I did is break up what's on the card, hopefully leaving this to the "numbers and signs" group to find significance.

However, I can't help but think "Wayne Brady" for the show, although I do agree with the Newton/Streisand comment because they were Vegas icons.
