This is a great example of denial, and suppressing the obvious just so that one can believe what they want to believe. A telephone number here in the USA is seven digits long, just like the number in the picture. A person who's not in denial would notice that it's only showing 7 numbers, thus not including the area code. Unless you want to think that Obama just gave her the are code + the first 4 digits of his number, excluding the last 3. I'm sure you will find that more likely than Obama giving her his number without the area code, since denial is a strong thing.
