When I'm reducing weight I start and end my day with 40 grams of vega protein and a tablespoon of coconut oil. Also have the same mid day. Weight literally falls off and it reduces cravings cause it's pure fat. Just Google uses of coconut oil, you'll be amazed its good for sooooooooo much. Throw away all your lotions and chapsticks, you only need coconut oil. But as one poster said make sure you're getting quality, organic coconut oil. I would go to an organic speciality store to get it. In Canada we have nature's fare. |

Soybean oil aids in the drying process which also helps it adhere to plants. Other than that, canola oil is GM so who would eat it anyway. |

If you live in an urban area and have no open ground or don't have enough open ground, then you can still grow basic veggies like squash, potatoes, etc. indoors. Hydroponics and aquaponics are the best food production methods, especially aquaponics. That's the only way you're going to get safe foods unless of course you KNOW a real organic farmer and can get your produce and meats from him/her. You could also join one of those natural food coops, but those are few and far between and still in the growing stage. Feed the hungry, visit the sick, free a captive if he be unjustly confined(kidnapped/enslaved by someone). But at the end he was listing all of the 'safe' oils in his opinion including extra vurgin olive oil and peanut oil. But he didn't mention vegetable oil. Is vegetable oil safe? Or is it made up of genetically modified stuff too? No it is not safe it is a mixture of oils that can contain corn(gmo) cottonseed not sure if that's gmo, soybean(gmo again),peanuts(gmo),and palm nuts which is coconut. |
