And I can testify of the goodness of The Lord. It had nothing to do with religion. It wasn't my "good deeds" or lack thereof. It wasn't because I went to church or not. But GOD had mercy on me. Why? The only thing that makes any sense to me is because He loves me. I have nothing to offer Him. There is nothing I can give Him in return. There is absolutely nothing I have that could ever suffice. It's not His need of me but my realization of my need of Him. The more GOD has revealed Himself to me, the more I fall in love with Him. The more I want to know Him.
